Teacher Inna completed her Bachelor's degree in Communication, majoring in Theatre Arts and Media Education at Assumption College San Lorenzo. To further pursue a career in Early Education, she earned a Teaching Certificate from De La Salle University, Taft. She has attended numerous seminars, including the Teachers’ Boot Camp in July 2022; ACADEV WEBINAR: Behavioral Modification Management for Children with Special Needs and Teaching Strategies and Methods in SPED (Program Adaptation, Accommodation, and Modification) in July 2023; and MATATAG Kindergarten Curriculum in August 2024.

As a teacher, her philosophy centers on instilling values and discipline in her students. She encourages them to engage in extracurricular activities — whether in sports, arts, or dance — to help them become well-rounded individuals and discover their skills and talents at an early age.

Teacher Inna began teaching at Mindbuilders Preschool in 2022, where she has taught the Brahms Level (nursery) and the Chopin Seniors (kindergarten), the latter of which she continues to teach.  While her loudspeaker voice gives the impression of strictness, a loving and caring nature is what Teacher Inna is equally known for.

Dubbed by her colleagues as “the teacher with a built-in microphone,” Teacher Inna can be relied upon for hosting duties and theatrical stints during school assemblies. She surprised everyone with her ceaseless energy when she was one of the emcees during the Familympics.  One of her memorable acting roles was the character of Pigeon from Mo Willem’s “Don’t Let the Pigeon Ride the Bus!” during last year’s Storybook Week Culminating Activity.  The students loved interacting with Teacher Inna as Pigeon!

In 2023, she pioneered the "Baby Ballet en Pointe" program at Mindbuilders Preschool, designed to teach discipline, grace, and body coordination through this classical dance form. Launched during the summer, the program has since contributed to the holistic development of her students.
