Brahms Level (Nursery) and Administrative Officer
Teacher Joy serves as Mindbuilders Preschool’s dedicated Administrative Officer and also teaches in the nursery (Brahms) level. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, specializing in Character Education and Guidance and Counselling from the esteemed University of Santo Tomas. In her role as Admin Officer, she is tasked to receive inquiries for the school online and in-person, coordinating with the curriculum department for assessment and trial class schedules. She is not only the point of contact for communication but also addresses parents' concerns with attentiveness and care.
Teacher Joy is also the immediate supervisor of the teacher aides, ensuring that each one has a fair workload. In charge of general services as well, she is organized and systematic in ensuring that the school is well maintained and supplies are properly managed.
Teacher Joy is a positively motivated, energetic team player who has grown a career in the field of early childhood education as a preschool teacher. She has a long track record of delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities to children aged between one to five years old. She pours her heart into nurturing her students’ potential, crafting dynamic and engaging lessons that not only captivate but also inspire learners across all age groups. As a teacher, she is committed to creating a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all her students. Her genuine enthusiasm shines through as she tackles each challenge with determination, consistently providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of her students, whether in collaborative group activities or through focused, individualized interactions.
With a remarkable 24 years of teaching experience, Teacher Joy has also gained invaluable experience teaching and training fellow educators at a playschool center overseas, further broadening her impact in the field of education. She deeply values the importance of building positive relationships within the school community, which includes students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
